It's ok to change your mind

Thought of the day🤔 it's easy to get caught up in everything that is going on but its ok to change your mind. You don't have to do it all right now.

I'm guilty of trying to do so much all at once but being able to focus on one or two things is enough. Focus on what you can actually put time to. What do you want to do? When do you want to do it? Why? But ultimately does it make you happy? Is this going to get you a step closer to where you want to be?

I will be honest, im tired. Just mentally tired. I have so many plans and so much I want to achieve, I know I need to start with one or two but as usual I like the start and have so many ideas in my head. Work is exhausting, especially in a pandemic. There is not the usual outlet of seeing friends, holidays, leaving the house as a stress relief. Its mad that we don't realise how much we need human contact, even people like me that are happy in their own company. I think the joy really comes from seeing friends and family then coming home to my own little sanctuary.

I really just needed to get things out of my head. I needed to make a decision and remind myself that it's ok to change my mind. Its ok to stop doing something. I haven't failed.
